Our products are based on lycra label, pledge of quality. The prints and colors of TOOOSHIE collections are exclusive. The essential characteristics of the articles are presented in each product page.


Kindly note that images, photos and colors of the products may vary from the actual colors under the influence of the internet browser on your display.

What should I do if my product has a default?

Although our quality control team is very thorough, we are all human.If you find that your product(s) have default(s), kindly contact our customer service team by mail clicking here. Kindly specify your order number and indicate precisely the identified default(s) preferably including photos.

How to find my TOOSHIE in store?

To find an item in store, simply go to the "Store locator" and select the nearest retailer. However, most retailers do not carry as wide a range of TOOSHIE products as our website :)

How to place an order?

To place an order simply place the item(s) you wish to purchase in your cart, and follow the steps until payment.

No need to hurry, your cart is valid for 20 days.

You can select the color of your favorite swimsuit amongst a wide choice and, for bikini, precise separately the size of your top and the size of your bottom.

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. However, if you do not receive the confirmation email, please start by checking your inbox and your spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please contact our customer service team by clicking here.


How can I know the progress of my order?

You have a period of fifteen (14) calendar days (calendar days include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after the receipt date of your order to return the item(s) for a partial or a full refund of your order.

What to do when a product has been damaged during transportation?

If your product(s) have been damage during transportation, kindly contact the customer service team by clicking here with an explanatory note of the damages.

What is the refund delay?

TOOSHIE will arrange to refund the amount due within fourteen (14) days after receipt and verification of the products. 

Reimbursement will be made to the person who made the payment of the initial order on the same support as for the initial order, namely the credit card, the PayPal account or the bank account.

Can I exchange a product?

If you wish to exchange an item, you must first send it back to us, according to the return procedure described above. You will then be able to place your new order.
